About Our Adolescent Mental Health & Substance Use Program

North Palm Beach Recovery is an organization with a mission to support adolescents and young adults who are struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues through counseling, therapy & individualized treatment in a comfortable, home-like environment.

We nurture a stigma-free atmosphere that empowers our youth with the essential coping skills
We provide a safe space for healing we help to create happier, healthier families, and a stronger community.
Our clinical team collaborates with clients and their families to identify concerns and achieve their goals.
We tailor our therapeutic approach to discover what works well for each client and their family.

Adolescent Mental Health IOP

Teenagers need tailored treatment to fit their situation and progress. Our mental health programs involve evidence-based treatment, peer support, group therapy and support group meetings, and an aftercare plan.

We help the youth with mental health and substance use issues through counseling, support groups, and educational resources. We also work with families to provide holistic care, making a difference in the lives of many residents of Southern Florida.

Individual Therapy
  • Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (Ages 13-18) for both Mental Health and Substance Use consists of three group therapy sessions every week, and each session is 3 hours.
  • Within this time frame, we include one weekly individual session and one family session.
  • Weekly urinalysis drug testing is available to monitor usage for those on the substance use track.

Group Therapy Therapy
  • Group sessions serve as additional support for those 17 years and under who are dealing with mental health and/or substance use issues.
  • Our program promotes group problem-solving where they can share struggles honestly among their peers and band together to help each other.
  • There is power in accountability and our result-oriented programs will be there to help provide the support and tools needed for them to succeed.

  • Our program encourages participants to share experiences, challenges, and insights, as they learn together how to tackle ever-more complex issues and prepare for life as adults.
