Summary and how it applies to the 12 steps.

Step 10 of the 12 steps reinforces the moral inventory by maintaining what has been built over the last 9 steps. Remember, the 4th step asked for us to take note of our moral inventory. Step 10 asks a recovering person to log current behaviors to gain even more progress. The idea is If one continues to view addiction as a disease, one can continue to minimize the risk of agitating it.
